Önder KÜÇÜKERMAN

Our jury member Prof. Önder Küçükerman started to work as an assistant at İstanbul State Academy of Fine arts after receiving education there. Küçükerman founded the Higher School of Applied Industrial Arts in 1971 for the first time in Türkiye. He worked as the head of the department at Mimar Sinan University, the director of the design - research institute and the dean of the Faculty of Architecture for many years.
Between 1984-1992, he prepared projects as a consultant to the Prime Ministry / Minister of State and the Ministries of Tourism and Culture, and served as a member of the board of directors in Sümerbank / Sümerhalı. He worked as a design manager, designer, consultant and design coordinator in many leading companies and organizations such as Paşabahçe, Koç Holding, Tofaş, and Chrysler Truck Industry.
 Prof. Küçükerman has many scientific and artistic researches, designs, TV programs and more than seventy published books related to his fields of expertise.
After retiring from Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University in 2006 due to the age limit, he worked as the Vice Rector, Head of the Department of Industrial Design at the Faculty of Architecture, and Dean of the Faculty of Architecture at Haliç University.
 He is still working as a lecturer in the Department of Industrial Design at Haliç University.
